2. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. Key points:

• Each user is assigned a unique identifier (UUID) that cannot be changed
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must not share your account credentials with others
• One account per person is allowed
• Your Minecraft username must match your in-game identity

3. Marketplace Rules

All transactions on Azalea Express must follow these guidelines:

• All prices are listed in Azalea Dollars (AZ$)
• Sellers must accurately describe their products
• Delivery must be completed within the agreed timeframe
• Both pickup and delivery options may be available depending on the seller
• Disputes should be reported through the Help Center

4. Store Credit System

Azalea Express offers a tiered credit system for eligible users:

• Bronze: Up to AZ$500 credit limit
• Silver: Up to AZ$2,000 credit limit
• Gold: Up to AZ$5,000 credit limit
• Platinum: Up to AZ$15,000 credit limit

Credit must be repaid within the agreed terms. Failure to repay may result in account restrictions or termination.

5. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Scamming or fraudulent behavior
• Creating multiple accounts
• Selling prohibited or illegal items
• Harassment of other users or sellers
• Exploiting bugs or glitches for unfair advantage
• Attempting to bypass platform fees

6. Seller Responsibilities

Sellers on Azalea Express agree to:

• Maintain accurate inventory levels
• Fulfill orders promptly
• Respond to customer inquiries within 48 hours
• Honor listed prices and promotions
• Provide accurate product descriptions and images

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. Termination may result in:

• Loss of access to your account
• Forfeiture of any pending transactions
• Loss of accumulated credit or rewards

8. Limitation of Liability

Azalea Express is a platform that connects buyers and sellers. We are not responsible for the quality of goods sold, delivery issues between parties, or disputes arising from transactions. We provide dispute resolution services but make no guarantees of outcome.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
